Emerging Themes + Threads ๐ฏ๐ Spring Immersion Now Enrolling!
โจ One of the consistently fascinating aspects of leading group programs is watching the participants 'call each other in' and witnessing so many common threads and themes in their individual experiences as I connect with each participant.๐ฏ๐
Each and every cohort is so unique, and as we enroll for our 30th immersion, here are some of the themes I'm seeing and the vibe of this group experience ahead:
A Safe & Solid Space for 'The Strong Ones' โฐ๏ธ - The majority of people in this cohort are the reliably 'strong ones' in their family units, growing up, current dynamic, workplace constellations... They are the one people go to, the ones who always seem to have it together, who never let anyone down (often because they have been let down so often.) The ones who keep everything in motion and the trains running on time even if they are struggling inside. You'd never know it from the outside, except it's starting to express out in their health - symptoms of anxiety, sleeplessness, nervous system dysregulation, a feeling of numbness, odd physical symptoms, or creeping dread thatโs becoming worrisome. This will be an opportunity for the Holders to Be Held - as unfamiliar and uncomfortable as that may be, especially when you've never in your life experienced it - it is the first step toward healing - coming apart to come together, lessening your grip to fully open your hand to life - and reclaiming your full radiance.
Entrepreneurs, Leaders, Builders, Doers ๐ฅ- I recognize the wisdom of nature and cleverness of the mycelium calling these folks to practice at this time. Why?? In a world where things are falling apart - or being intentionally destroyed - we're going to need to rebuild our world. Nature and earth medicine is an incredible ally to our imagination, resourcefulness, confidence and self-trust... To our ability to see potential in our problems and a blank canvas on every wall and obstacle. Who better to resource, strengthen and make strong than those who already possess the raw gifts of creation and bringing things to life?
Line Drawers ๐ - As always in our immersions, there is a strong sense of readiness for change and a desire to feel very differently in one's life, no matter what it takes. I can sense this in someone's spirit when I talk to them for the first time, even if their mind hasn't caught up with their soul yet... And while we never know exactly how it will take shape, it's incredible to watch medicine practice ignite the spark that takes a gnawing, vague, strange inner knowing to - whoosh! - a chariot that goes into motion and propels someone into their future. The aligned relationship. The dream job. The new home in a new town. The reconciliation. The coming home to one's purpose. Commitment. Roots. We don't need to know how it will all play out - (in fact we benefit by the not-knowing) - but the common thread is the inner knowingness and the trust to draw the bold line on the ground between your past and your future, and then step over it for good.
A Cultivation of Diamond Clarity ๐ - There is already a strong sense of built-in purpose in this group. A sense of being energetically 'all there' - solid, strong - and spirit has shared with me this process for them will be one of energetic clarity and fine refinement, a further harnessing and reclamation of one's own unique spiritual imprint... and a release of all else. A release of outworn narratives. Release of energy not one's own. A clearing of mental distractions, conditioning or other people's agendas so you can rebirth yourself into life with the clarity of your own signature, identity and path all your own. Especially when youโre the owner of a powerful, bright, complex and capable mind - which this group has in spades - it's necessary to 'reboot' and clear that superhighway so it's operating at its highest, lightest, fastest frequency and can respond to the speed of the soul's knowing.
