Healing = Happiness

“How are you SO happy??”

I regularly get stopped on the street by strangers and asked “why are you so happy?”

Here’s why…

1 - I’m absolutely in love with the work I do. Discovering your gifts - and living in alignment with them - is vital to our happiness.

2 - I’m very discerning where I place my time & attention, and invest in relationships & endeavors that feel supportive, authentic and reciprocal.

3 - Gratitude is a magic balm. I’ve worked with many thousands of people in my life — unequivocally, the happiest people are grateful people.

4 - Connect with the Real World - nature & the non-human world - every day. Sunlight. Soil. Saltwater. Trees. Animals. Flowers. The natural world holds a higher wisdom & frequency than our artificial human world.

5 - Abandon hustle culture & find your own unique rhythm and cadence to life. Be a distance runner in a field of sprinters.

6 - Develop & nurture a wider lens on life and invest your time & resources in things that matter. Give less attention to a lot of things that don’t. Simplify & subtract.

7 - Practice daily healing work - invite & welcome it into the fabric of your everyday life.

8 - Cultivate attention on creating the New. Be so full - so in love with what you’re creating - you’re oblivious to other people’s criticism, jealousy and projections.

9 - Surround yourself with authentic people who see you, fiercely support you, and want you to shine your brightest. Be aware of aggressive people who leverage others & claim credit excessively - wish them well, but protect your energy. Create neutral distance from people who take more than they contribute energetically.

10 - Invest in your soul work & personal healing. Happiness is the symptom, side effect, reward and “ROI” of healing.

Sustained, abiding happiness that isn’t contingent on external circumstances will expand your life in so many facets & ways. Two ways to work with me, below!
