More Mainstream = More Misinformation

"Microdosing can result in enhanced libido, but we don't know why." (Yes, we do.)

"You should determine your microdose by your bodyweight." (Nope.)

"I'm on an antidepressant and my doctor said I can't microdose." (Rarely true.)

"I have social anxiety and my nurse said I shouldn't microdose." (Opposite is true.)

"The coach told me I couldn't drink wine and microdose." (Not true - but you'll probably begin drinking less!)

I've heard all of the above statements recently, and it's a sure sign of the growth & legitimacy of the field and practice.  But with more people talking about it, it's increasingly important to be discerning about the sources of our information.

As with all ancient practices being rediscovered in modern times, we rush to provide absolutes and conform earth medicine practice to current medical standards which are - in reality - quite limited, and limiting.

And as microdosing becomes more mainstream I'm hearing more and more misinformation being presented as fact, when the answers are actually much more nuanced, contextual and personal.

One of the inspirations for our Global Microdosing Community was to provide an accessible platform for people around the world to connect with experienced microdosing guides and be in community with others practicing, too.  To cut through the confusion and clutter of internet misinformation, anonymous chatgroups, and well-meaning but inexperienced health care professionals.  Our deeply human and welcoming community provides individuals in the exploration phase the opportunity to listen in and learn from real people, receive coaching from diverse, experienced guides, and be respected for their unique needs, considerations, intentions and current life situation.

Step in with us for just $22/month and receive access to live interactive coaching, vetted resources, retreat and journey guide referrals, professional Rx consultations, and - most of all - embodied experience & guidance.  See you inside!
