Welcome to your Professional Journey!
This week we’ll drop in together, share introductions and backgrounds as well as our hopes & intentions for the training & journey ahead.
In this session, you'll be introduced to the Fundamentals of Microdosing Guideship, gaining insights into the core principles and practices that will shape your learning experience. You'll also have the opportunity to connect with your fellow participants, fostering relationships that will support and inspire you throughout the program.

Learn to craft the perfect client intake. Receive done-for-you templates, screening forms, and intake scripts. You'll have direct access to Kayse's top-tier network of trusted professional resources and professional collaborators.
Learn green flags, cautions to practice, how to select the appropriate medicine, receive cultivation & safe sourcing guidance and real world, dosing recommendations.

"What to Expect: The Arc of the Client Experience."
Microdosing can be such a different experience from one person to the next - how can you know what to expect?
This week, we'll take you through some common client journeys and arcs of experience so you'll feel confident recognizing and supporting various scenarios.
We’ll also cover the art of dosing and selecting a protocol for your client’s initial six weeks of microdosing practice.

"Navigating Pharmaceuticals & Microdosing" with The Spirit Pharmacist, Ben Malcolm PharmD, MPH
Many of your clients will arrive on a number of prescription medications, some of them hoping to taper off their pharmaceuticals.
Learn best practices when supporting clients who hope to microdose while on prescription drugs, receive valuable knowledge & resources, and access to professional collaboration with one of the top psychedelic pharmacists in the field.

"Remarkable & Noteworthy Case Studies."
This week, we'll share some fascinating, real-world case studies so you can expand your knowledge, build your confidence, and be inspired!
This week, you'll also begin supporting two clients in real world practice for the next six weeks and track the experience throughout. Applying your learning in real world practice will build your confidence immeasurably as a guide and being truly apprenticing yourself to the medicine.

"The Art of Emotions."
For many, the medicine speaks through people's emotions - often profoundly. It's vital you - as a practitioner and guide - attain an understanding of the world of emotions and learn to read their unique language.
What is the meaning behind fatigue? Tears & the catharsis of grief? Crankiness & irritability?
This week, we'll dive into the art of emotions and how to support clients as they navigate & stay with big feelings.

This week, you'll learn the science of microdosing, enabling you to speak and educate others on the scientific aspects of practice.
Learn about the latest scientific research on what we know - and what we don't yet know! - about microdosing practice, allowing you to speak intelligently to prospective clients and the public.

"Amanita muscaria Microdosing"with Lynda Samphire. 🎄 Pacific Northwest, USA.
When someone begins a microdosing practice, something remarkable often happens: the dream field awakens. Clients begin dreaming vividly, symbolically, and with a depth that reveals what their daytime mind has forgotten.
In this class, you’ll explore the principles of integration and dreamwork, the role of sleep and night consciousness in healing, and the unique nervous-system support microdosing Amanita muscaria offers.
You’ll also learn the essential foundations for safely working with Amanita muscaria in a microdosing practice; understanding its profile, its preparation, and how to responsibly guide others who choose to work with this mushroom.

Many people come to microdosing for addictive conditions, especially drug and alcohol dependency.
This week, you'll learn how to support people in recovery, how to navigate the stigma around psychedelics, and best practices from experienced guides specializing in addiction & recovery.

“Laser Coaching/Apprenticeship”
Here in week ten we'‘ll devote our session to our ongoing apprenticeships and real-world support of our practice clients.
We’ll workshop case studies, dialogue and reflect, and offer live personal laser coaching on your experience supporting your practice clients.
You’ll learn to recognize patterns, translate the language of nature, and communicate with your clients around their experiences so they can get the most out of their medicine journey as well as their supportive container with you as their guide.

"Integrating the Medicine Journey” with Sarah Hope
As a Microdosing Guide, you’ll encounter a growing number of individuals who participated in a high dose medicine experience and now seek support with integration. While microdosing is a subtle art and allows for daily integration, for many, high dose experiences can be very destabilizing - many people benefit by having a trusted guide beside them while integrating such a big experience.
In this week’s session, licensed psilocybin facilitator and microdosing guide Sarah Hope will teach best practices around integration - what post-journey destabilization can look like or present as, and what are some practices you can offer clients to help them assimilate, ground and integrate themselves with their newfound awarenesses.

"Guideship and Coaching Best Practices.”
This week, we’ll explore the rich nuances of guideship, including defining your scope of practice and embracing collaboration.
We’ll also learn about the importance of self-care and boundaries, empowering your clients, managing expectations, navigating projection, honoring the sacredness of the client-facilitator relationship, maintaining privacy, communication platforms, ethical standards, space-holding best practices and much more.

We'll also cover monetizing and resourcing our practices, advantages of group models, pricing containers for value and transformation, and the importance of self-care and personal investment in our own healing & growth.
Week Three: Confidence Begins Within - Value, Self-Worth and Resources 🌟💛
Entrepreneurship & self-employment is a psychedelic and healing journey of its own! The mindset, level of nervous system regulation, groundedness, and personal sense of self-worth & value will dictate, determine and often upper-limit the impact and growth of our practices.

This week we'll delve into best practices for marketing, promoting and sharing your practice in a way that honors the work.
From social media, podcasting, organic networking, collaboration, to word-of-mouth referrals and more, Kayse will share all the most-current marketing advice in a rapidly changing world.
Week Seven: Scaling your Guideship Practice: One to Many with Tiffany Hurd 📈🌐

Meet Kayse
Hi! I'm Kayse Gehret. I've been working in the healing arts field for three beautiful decades. I'm the founder of Microdosing for Healing, a Global Community platform, immersion programs, educational podcast and professional mentorship program established in 2020. I've supported thousands of diverse individuals in microdosing practice and am passionate about healing, entrepreneurship and transformation.
I'm a Scorpio-Sag cusp - Sag rising and love making microdosing education and learning engaging, fun, highly practical, inclusive, personal and inspiring. I'm a human design 3/5 Mental Projector and love nothing more than watching you grow, heal and transform beyond your wildest expectations!
I'm on a mission to make natural, self-empowered healing available to everyone and microdosing as mainstream as meditation and yoga. We've all had enough of the pill-pushing, for-profit sick care system that profits by keeping us disempowered, trapped in victimhood, sick, dependent and unwell. We have the power and opportunity to change everything - all it takes is one healed person to shift a lineage forever.
